Ordering Scrub or Combo Sets

Fit is very important – it can make or break your comfort and appearance. We encourage you to review Our Scrub Styles as well as Our Size Chart to determine which fit is best for your body style and personal preferences.

We are able to offer a discount when you order a Scrub Set Top & Pant in either our Debora Style or Darla Style, with or without a labcoat. You can also mix-and-match by ordering a Debora Style Pant with a Darla Style Top, and vice versa. At this time, we are not able to offer a discount for mixed sets.

We accept all forms of payment through PayPal for orders placed by phone or through our website. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that your online purchase is safe and secure. Please see our privacy policy.

Sales Tax

If you live in Georgia, we are required to add applicable sales tax.


We will notify you by email if any portion of your order is on backorder. If your other items are available, they will be shipped immediately.


Your happiness is important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your Twice as Nice scrubs or labcoats, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

  • All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging and tags.
  • Laundered or soiled garments are not returnable unless they are defective.
  • Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable. However, we will exchange items with no additional shipping/processing changes.
  • Please contact us for a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Please allow 14 business days to process your return.

Shipping and Order Tracking

We use USPS 1st class , USPS priority and USPS priority express delivery. A small handling fee includes the cost of preparing your shipment, selecting, and packing the products you have ordered.

  • We make every attempt to ship your order within 48 hours of order placement.
  • You can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 days.
  • Shipping charges are a flat rate of $8.00.
  • Extra charges for HI, AK, international (we will contact you to confirm shipping costs prior to fulfilling your order).

Promotion codes

If you have a promotion code, you will be prompted to enter it in the 3rd step of the check out process.
