TWICE AS NICE UNIFORMS LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PROGRAM MEMBERSHIP. As a member of the Program, you will earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on qualifying purchases made in-person and online (see “Non-Qualifying Purchases” below). To earn points when making purchases you must provide the email address associated with your Program membership. Provision of this information is not required to complete the transaction, but it is necessary to earn the corresponding points. All Loyalty memberships will be cancelled and points will be void after 18 consecutive months of no activity. JOIN NOW
POINTS. Points will post to your Program account approximately 48 hours following the purchase date, delivery date or shipment date, subject to processing timeframes and/or website maintenance. Points are based upon dollars spent on qualifying purchases. If an item is returned, Points will be deducted from your Program membership equal to the amount of Points earned for the applicable amount of that purchase. Points will be earned by only one Program membership per transaction. Memberships cannot be combined. Program points, and any Program offers and coupons have no cash value. Unless otherwise expressly stated or pursuant to a particular Program feature, your Program membership, points, offers and coupons are not transferable. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply.

QUALIFYING/NON-QUALIFYING PURCHASES. Qualifying purchases for which points will be earned include regular or sale priced merchandise. Points are earned on the dollar amount of qualifying purchases after all applicable discounts, offers, coupons and Twice As Nice Uniforms Rewards Coupons are applied and before tax and shipping is imposed. All or any portion of a purchase made with a Twice As Nice Uniforms Merchandise Return Credit are deemed ineligible purchase(s) and shall not earn points. In addition, non-qualifying purchases for which points will not be earned include the purchase of Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Group buy discounted items, price adjusted items, clearance items and shipping fees. Other exclusions may apply.
NON-QUALIFYING REDEMPTIONS. The following items are considered non-qualifying redemptions for which Twice As Nice Uniforms Rewards coupon(s) may not be redeemed: (1) to purchase Gift Cards; (2) as price adjustments on prior purchases; (3) pay for any services or fees, including taxes and shipping. TERMINATION OR AMENDING LOYALTY PROGRAM. Twice as Nice Uniforms reserves the right to terminate and/or amend the loyalty program at any time. All current points will be honored but no new points will be allowed to accrue. In the event a new loyalty program is put in place Twice as Nice Uniforms reserves the right to convert the points to the new system but will not be required to convert the points to the new system. Twice As Nice Uniforms reserves the right to change the awards or award levels at any time.
RETURNS AFTER REDEMPTION. After redeeming points for a reward all qualifying purchases are final, exchanges will be allowed.
